How much will it cost to insulate an average 100m2 home?
The cost for installing GreenStuf Insulation in both ceiling and underfloor in an average-sized (approx 100 sqm) New Zealand home including labour and materials is about $4,400 incl GST.
How do I pay?
There are a variety of ways to pay Elite Insulation, We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay by cash, cheque, Direct Credit, or through online banking.
Could I do it myself?
Whilst installing your own insulation is an option, using our Professional Certified Installers will ensure your insulation will be fitted correctly and to the highest possible standard by Elite Insulation. All our installers are certified and trained to IOANZ standards. We regularly carry out post installation audit checks to make sure your insulation is up to building standard requirements.
Bank Funding
You may be able to have the cost of insulating your home added to your mortgage if you hold a mortgage with one of the following New Zealand banks: ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Kiwibank, The National Bank, TSB Bank, or Westpac. This would be paid back with interest over the term of your mortgage. Depending on the size of your house, this could be from as little as $7 per week! (based on a 10 year repayment term, bank terms and conditions apply).
All of the above banks have agreed to waive associated fees for this service. All you need to do is contact us for a quote, then take your quote to your bank and discuss the options for adding it on to your existing mortgage.
