You may qualify for a Warmer Kiwi Homes grant

50% to 90% funding towards ceiling and underfloor insulation for qualifying Auckland homes. We check your eligibility, handle the paperwork and do the install.

What the grant covers

Ceiling and underfloor insulation, supplied and installed. The grant pays 50% to 90% of the cost for qualifying homes — you pay the rest.

Most of a home's lost heat goes straight up. We top up or replace old, flattened batts to today's required R-value.

Underfloor insulation

Stops the cold rising through the floorboards and cuts the damp that comes with it. Fitted with a ground moisture barrier where needed.
