Terms and Conditions

Elite Insulation reserves the right to accept or decline any order received over the internet. If we choose not to supply you we will refund your money in full. We accept no responsibility for any commercial loss or suffering if we are unable to supply the materials purchased. That said we will do our upmost to meet and fulfil your requirements and provide the best possible service.

Autex reserves the right to charge and deliver up to 5% over-run on all orders for custom made or non-standard product. We therefore reserve the right to pass on such additional charges to you on all orders for custom made or non-standard product.

Product manufactured by Autex to order, whether custom made or non-standard product, or product cut to specific width or length is not returnable.

All damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied product must be noted as such on the freight documents and notified to Elite Insulation Customer Services within 7 days of delivery. Goods signed and receipted in “good condition” will be the responsibility of the customer. We will pay the return shipping costs if an error is on our part or goods are faulty. If you have ordered an incorrect product or too much material, the shipping of items approved for return to us will be your responsibility. 

All authorised returns will be subject to a 20% Administration & Re-Stocking Fee.

Product will only be accepted for return on the following basis:

  • The goods for return are normal stock lines (i.e. not manufactured to order, or specifically ordered in for the customer) and are returned within 15 days of original invoice date.
  • Cut lengths of any product won’t be accepted for return.
  • Contact must be made with Elite Insulation Customer Services on 0508 222 44 77 and a Return Authority number issued prior to the goods being returned.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and a Return Authority number.
  • Freight must be arranged and paid for by the customer, and the goods must be received back at Elite Insulation warehouse in the original undamaged packaging.
  • Damaged, soiled or wet goods will not be accepted for credit. The packaging must also be in the original condition and re-saleable - It cannot be wet, dirty or torn.
  • No part bales are accepted back for credit unless shipped to you that way.
  • Specially ordered products not normally held in stock by Elite Insulation, specials or clearance items will not be accepted back for credit.
  • All authorised returns will be subject to a 20% Administration & Re-Stocking Fee.

No products can be accepted back after 15 days from the invoice date unless faulty or defective.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
